VISION
An effective Human Resource Services which facilitates the organisation in utilising and valuing the individual and collective gifts of all staff members.
OBJECTIVES
-
to develop and implement effective Human Resource policies and strategies to facilitate the achievement of the objectives of the Synod;
-
to provide service and advice to the Synod/AgedCare on all Human Resource functions.
